Creative Chicago!!! Creative Chicago is how I think of our cool city! All the super amazing talent in the Chicago Fashion Incubator today at the 900 Shops is what living in Chicago is all about--- the spectacular designers of course!!! It's so much fun getting to see their designs up close and speaking to them about their line. Then best of all this lovely group is not only full of talent but super sweet too! You can tell they are ecstatic to be apart of CFI and to be a designer.♥Look at this adorable trio when I walked in they were sitting together with such sweet grace, effortlessly displaying their designs so beautifully...
Cettina--- Cute Couture ♥ this lady is super sweet and super amazing. Her collection is such a clean, simple palate but with a sweet flair that's understated yet makes you take notice! It is a design that you see on someone and don't go WOW! Her designs say Nice! This sweet gal was sent from above with her amazing attention to detail in her draping---Cettina drape me in your lovely designs! She also makes gorgeous separates as you can see she is wearing ---Rebellious Ruffled Skirt;) Cettina has been designing for about 2 yrs and I am oh so excited with anticipation to view one of her shows to see her whole collection come alive^_*
Gidi...Sophistication with a Statement! Tanesha Prunty designs are for that WOW factor coupled with sweet subtlety. Her gowns are made just right for ladies that want to keep their look classic, sophisticated and with a sweet edge. Crystal! Oh Crystal! I'm in love with this awesome babes designs!!! So much stuff I liked already coupled with my love for all things sweet, sparkly and stunning this one dress is just made to thrill! It's so fresh, edgy and best of all fun! That's what comes to mind when I think of her collection as she has such super, statement making designs. Crystal makes custom designs to fit whatever you desire. And her collection has such a cute and so necessary added detail in her dresses: they have hidden pockets for extra storage! A lady needs any extra storage she can take for keys, cards or the all important lip gloss/ lipstick;)) Then perusing through her look book guess what are one of the jewelry lines she has featured?!---K-FLEYE the amazing custom creator for jewelry---pure talent!!!

Okay so I don't think I ever talk about men's fashions...except for Horacio Nieto's 2011 Spring Menswear Collection---Adore Him ♥
But I mean this designer Eric Kipp is bringing the sexy sophisticated look back for Chicago Menswear. I am a lady of various likes and I never lean towards any one view in life thus my love of all styles of designs one can clearly see with a simple glance in my closet! However one cohesive theme throughout my closet is all my attire I love to be fitted and to be beautiful in some way. Thus I'm super thrilled for this years CFI's Designers in Residence and hopefully adding a few new custom designs soon to my collection/closet! Before saying goodbye my little princess and I got to stop in the Pop-Up Shop where you can buy collections from the past three years. Including some of my favorite: Miriam Cecilia, C/FAN, Evil Kitty, Zamrie and much more!
Thankfully they still had the special edition CFI t-shirt available that I had to get, after seeing Lara Miller look so adorable in hers;))
Afterwards we headed home and sweet thoughts of the beautiful designs and the nice time we had speaking to everyone stayed vividly in my mind...hmm obsessed Yes!!!Visit the entire 2011 Chicago Fashion Incubator's Class at the Macy's State Street located at 111 North State Street, on the 11th floor right here in Chicago to get treated to a custom design. They are just as much as other dresses from department stores--- believe me you deserve to be treated at least once in her life to a custom made design experience. WARNING: Afterwards your expectations for service and designs will forever remain elevated ♥
