First up this afternoon there was a fabulous event by Studio-808 presents the Accessory Style Lounge. Ah and it was amazing!!!
I think Chicago has the most talented designers for jewelry on the planet! Well maybe I'm just being biased but each vendor was incredible in their own way.
The first designer I stopped to see was the superb Susan Elizabeth Designs. All her jewelry is handcrafted and the pictures only captures an image but you have to feel the pieces and they are all so durable and distinctive. She is very committed and excited about her jewelry line!
I had my heart stolen by this adorable wired ring, that has beautiful mauve, and clear stones intertwined on the wire, just simply amazing. I have not taken the ring off all day, it matches my Movado pink face perfectly. You can visit her online @ http://www.susanelizabethdesigns.com/

The next designer was the joyful jules. She is a modern artisan jewelry line. And is carried in 10 stores across Chicago! Meeting her in person she is very humble and sweet, I enjoyed her presence as much as her jewelry!

Sophia forero was just completely amazing...Her jewels are exquisite, I admired her fur jeweled necklace that just felt incredible and looked like it belonged on the cover of a magazine.

Lesley @ http://www.squashbyles.com/ is so laid back and cool>>just like her designs are!!! I love her various assortment of hats and headbands.
I also visited Love Lulu Mae>>*sigh* her pieces are just made to be worn to special events or just a night on the town! They all look like they should be on the cover of a magazine and well you guessed it they were. One of her designs was featured in Italian Vogue! Lulu Mae has such a sparkling personality! I purchased one of the effortlessly stunning hair clips pictured below. And took some fun pictures as well with her designs:

The Studio 808 Accessory Style Lounge Event was a spectacular Event in that I have found items that I will treasure forever and that are undoubtedly as unique as the designers themselves!
