How lovely of an event and Celebration of fashion at the Macy's State Street at the Special kick off and retrospective Celebration featuring designer looks from Ebony Fashion Fair Archives, For Black History Month!!!This event was initially planned to take place Wednesday but due to the Winter Storm it was rescheduled and it all worked out wonderfully! The Celebration was such fun and held at the historic and magical Narcissus Room...
The Runway looks were on display in the Macy's 7th floor and was also a Celebration of style Icon Eunice Johnson and they were just the most eccentric yet glamorous fashions...
My absolute favorite would have to be this shimmering long gown with beautiful sexy beading and shine all down the dress! It shines like a shining star!!!
There was the amazing caters of the Macy's staff, they are always perfection!!!
The photo area was such fun and you got to have your picture displayed like it is on a cover of Ebony!!!
This couple was one of the many, many fashionable lovely people in attendance;-)
The Lip and Makeup booth had great makeup artists to enhance and glamorize the lips...
The Celebration was full of fun and so much to see and do!!! The amazing fashions will be on display at the Macy's until Feb 7, 2011 on the 7th floor and the Wabash Windows if you are able to stop by Historical Macy's State Street to view them...
