April Showers brings April Shoppers at the Style Chicago Event!*!*!

April Showers brings April Shoppers?!?....Well that's the case here in Chicago Anyway! Last Night at the Style Chicago Event the place became packed even before it opened! It was many designers & sales to be found as it was a tax free shopping day! I was scheduled to attend an hour early for the press preview but the rain made the traffic uber messy & long....well who am I kidding it was also due to me running late trying to get my Miriam Cecilia Design together ♥ you can read about her fashion show I was so honored to attend later in the evening coming up next!

Right in front and Rightfully so was the amazing Susan Elizabeth Designs!!! Oh I was so happy to see her!!! Last time we saw each other was during the December One of A Kind Show at Merchandise Mart. Susan had so many new designs that were of course all made by her, plus my favorite rings!

She had so many new designs and of course I had to get this new beauty that has beautiful gemstones and a dreamy color combination(pictured below) the awesome thing about her designs is that she makes everything truly unique especially the rings:each gemstone combination is different in shape, size, color etc. and none can be replicated exactly the same..

Ellu...Ancient meaning:The Shining One! Leslie Pozen started her journey to Ellu after her travels to Peru! Her designs feature unique patterns, textures, colors and straps. Her designs are playful on one side yet sophisticated on the other. You can even change the wristlets to the beaded or just the strap. Leslie also carries shoulder bags with individual designs. Her collections are sold in many boutiques nationwide and you can also host your own Ellu party right here in Chicago!

Borris Powell Designs - You can imagine the Joy I felt when I got to see him...I'm so excited and proud of him! Those of you that are not keen on the Chicago Fashion News, Borris recently won the 2011 Oscars Design Challenge which is a huge honor!

His Fall 2011 Collection was on display as well as his new handbag. With a new menswear line coming soon and more surprises what doesn't this awesome man do!?! The take my breath away moment: he had his amazing "Black Swan" & "Evil Swan" Gowns on display and WoW did those gowns get lots of Ewws, Ahhs, and Jaw Dropping expressions^_*

Fashion Beauty with Miriam Cecilia Mica Necklace!

jules...This gal is simply amazing! It's always happy times when I see jules! Princess is obsessed with her collection and loves her some Jules too♥ Her collections never disappoint and always have something new and inspiring. My newest jules obsession is her ID necklace collection! She makes your initials then you add other initials like charms of any of your loved ones...Of course I want to keep my princess close to me always and so we got our initials together. I think this is a perfect mothers day, fathers day, Easter or Graduation Day Gift...it has an everlasting loving meaning!

We also saw many other great designers and oh I didn't want to leave - there was such great finds & freebies to go around.
