The Christina Karin trunk show highlighting her Fall/Winter 2012 collection took place on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012 from 10am-6pm at her boutique showroom located at 2256 W Grand Ave.
I was very impressed with Chicago based designer Christina Karin's Fall/Winter 2012 collection titled
"The Dark Garden of my Castle."
Perhaps what impressed me most was the quality of the fabrics and the fact that all of the designs were ready to wear. I noticed many silk chiffon's, lace, and eye catching sequins. I loved seeing these bold and vibrant designs that reminded me of a fairy tale land far away.
The beautiful collection showcased dresses that exuded confidence, fun, sophistication and festivity. The collection put me in the mind of Holiday parties and other Festive Winter gatherings.
