Michelle Tan Block 37 Trunk Show!!!

Michelle Tan is a Chicago Style Icon. She has been a prominent designer here in Chicago for many years. Yesterday I got to visit the lovely new store at block 37!!! And I must say that the block 37 really needed a fresh hip store like hers in this place! There was a trunk show viewing throughout the day yesterday and her grand opening party will be November 4, 2010!!!

There was also a beautiful array of jewelry by a new designer Floressa Muses!!! The handsome stylist at Michelle Tan explained that the jewelry designers husband came in a few weeks ago to Michelle Tan to buy something for his wife. He chatted about his lovely wife's jewelry designs and Michelle invited the idea of showcasing Floressa Muses in her store!!! That  just goes to show that communicating and socializing among the fashion community can  lead to endless possibilities...I just love the fabulous world of fashion design^-^

I love the colors: very feminine and mystic!
